Pokemon between the levels of 50 and 55 can enter this cup, whitch is bascially the heavy weight class. The sum of your pokemon's experence levels can't be more than 155, and as an added tuch the 151 pokemon mew can't be entered.
Pika cup
Thsi cup caters to the lower level poekmon and only allows pokemon between levels 15 and 20. te sum of there levels can't be over 50. Once again mew can't be entered.
Petit cup
In the petit cup your pokemon may be beween the levels of 23 and 30, there is also height and weight restrictions. Your pokemon must be under 6 foot 8 inches and way less thn 44 pounds. Plus you guesed it mew can't be entered. The chart beow shows the pokemon that fit the height and weight restrictions.
